Therapy for people who are tired of surviving and ready for something steadier.
I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in safety, honesty, and respect for your lived experience. Many of the people I work with have survived trauma, loss, relational wounds, or long periods of simply pushing through. They’re capable, thoughtful people who are exhausted and ready for something different.
Often they’ve been the strong one for a long time.
You don’t need a perfect story or a polished explanation to begin. You just need a place where you can be real, at your own pace, without judgment.
Who I Work With
I work with adults and couples who are navigating trauma, loss, relationship distress, or major life transitions. Many are high-functioning on the outside and struggling quietly on the inside. My specialties include:

Combat-related trauma and military service-related stress
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression and emotional numbness
Neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism in adults
Grief and complicated loss
Relationship conflict and communication challenges
Attachment wounds and relational patterns
Life transitions and identity shifts
High-functioning burnout
Emotional regulation and nervous system overwhelm
Codependency and patterns of over-responsibility
Couples navigating disconnection, trust concerns, or repeated conflict
About Tracy
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas with a master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary, where I specialized in work with military service members, veterans, and their families. That training gave me a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, relational dynamics, and working within complex systems. These are skills that translate across many life experiences, not just military.
My approach is grounded, relational, and thoughtful. I’m drawn to working with people who value depth, reflection, and steadiness over quick fixes, and who want a therapeutic space that is both emotionally attuned and clinically sound.
I believe that therapy works best when it’s collaborative, ethical, and paced with care. I take this work seriously, and I approach it with warmth, curiosity, and respect for the trust it requires.
Outside the therapy room, I’m deeply rooted in Texas. I’m an eighth-generation Texan and care deeply about the communities and creative culture that make this state unique. I share my home with six rescue animals and spend much of my free time working in fine art photography. I’m also a big supporter of local independent artists and small creative businesses across Texas. Creativity, place, and connection are important parts of my life, and they continue to shape the way I think about resilience and the many ways people build meaningful lives.
